This can be a little tricky to determine, but if this is a requirement for you, i.e. your freelancer needs to interact with various members of your team, across complex items, then simply ask them.<\/p>\n

It always depends on project milestones. If the project is lengthy and they\u2019re asking for the payment prior working, it does make you skeptical. You may encounter this scenario. But, you do need to be happy with the terms of payment when making your hire.<\/p>\n
