Drawing on proprietary research across 2,117 GCCs, 1.7 million+ job descriptions, and India&#8217;s flexible workspace market, the report tracks three interconnected shifts: the changing nature of the\u00a0work\u00a0GCCs own (from commodity delivery to AI-led, frontier engineering mandates), the\u00a0workforce\u00a0required to deliver that work (deeper AI fluency, sharper specialization, leaner structures), and the\u00a0workspace\u00a0models GCCs need to support both at speed and scale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The report argues that with AI reshaping portfolios and reducing the time centers take to mature, the workplace can no longer be treated as a temporary real estate decision. It has to be designed as an operating lever, one that determines how fast a GCC can launch, how well it attracts specialised talent, and how much control and flexibility it retains as headcount and mandates shift.
