To harnesses this huge potential and underpenetration of analytics products and services, Gurpreet Singh and Gopi Suvanam came together to co-found G-Square Solutions. They complement each other in their Analytics, Technology, Marketing and Business Strategy skills essentially required for success of any enterprise. The operating team comprises of young nimble and energetic data scientists and technology associates with experience in analytics and expertise in product development.
G-Square has been able to successfully offer services across Banks, NBFCs, Wealth Management companies, Asset Management Companies and Fin-Tech in a short span of less than two years.
G-Square has a B2B approach where they offer SaaS based financial products and also provide services in sales, marketing and risk analytics tailored to the client requirements. Their sweet spot is the Financial Services and Fin-Tech space comprising Banks, wealth management, payment, NBFCs, AMCs and Broking cos in India.
They have a strong expertise in Analytics and apply strong data engineering in each assignment. Fin-Tech and financial domain expertise enables them to solve industry specific requirements. Their uniqueness lies in using their in-house technology and proprietary algorithms for building models along with conventional methods. Their output driven work approach provides a lot of comfort to the clients.
The B2B model and the analytics space is quite challenging in terms of longer sales process cycle, availability of quality manpower and acceptability of products coming from a young startup. Although, they encounter longer sales cycles, ups & downs of sales pressures and product underpricing frequently, it is their strong resolve and credentials, product expertise and industry networking skills that help them in sustaining a strong foothold in the Industry. The urge to keep creating strong, pull-based products to solve business problems and establish a large Global Analytics enterprise keeps them going even in tough times.
Gurpreet says that they wish G-Square to be the most specialised plug and play analytics product provider with a nimble footed approach to client requirements. G-Square aims to be a large global analytics player which solves problems based on their data science solutions.
