All our centers are operational from 9 to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. 

Upon your arrival at the center, approach the community manager & show your confirmation email. If your KYC has already been completed, they will allocate a seat to you and help you connect to the Wi-Fi. If KYC is pending, you are required to show any government ID as proof.

Yes, once your booking is confirmed you will receive a link through which you can upload your government ID. Our team will then verify the ID & once approved you shall be intimated. KYC completion prior to arriving at the center ensures smooth & hassle-free onboarding experience.  

Yes, cancellations are allowed with full refund until 12 am on the day prior to booking. Cancellations post 12 am are non-refundable. 

Unlimited tea or coffee is included. However, services like printing & parking are not covered.  

Guests are only allowed for meeting room bookings limited to the capacity of the meeting room. 

If you don't want to commit long-term, our virtual offices are available from a minimum of one month on a monthly agreement.  

Yes, you can also promote your premium Virtual Office address on your website, business cards, and email signature. 

Will have to terminate the existing subscription plan & buy a new GST Plan. No refund will be issued to the client.  

We understand that in business, things can change quickly. If you need to move your address to another centre, we'll do this for you.
