GST Registration Plan

(Virtual Office +)

The GST Registration plan is ideal for businesses aiming to meet legal requirements without the complexities of managing a physical office space.

The following documents are required for booking a virtual office:

- Certificate of Incorporation (If not available, Director's ID Proof)

- Pan Card

The following documents shall be provided:

- Utility bills (Center specific with address proof)

- NOC between the client and coworking

- Coworking client agreement

The minimum tenure for a GST Registration plan is 12 months.

With your virtual office plan you may access Awfis centers by purchasing day passes & meeting rooms at a special discount only available to Virtual office members

Unfortunately, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy.

The location cannot be modified for an active booking. The property will have to be de-registered only post which a new plan can be purchased.

The visitor will be informed of your absence & a message will be taken on your behalf

The client shall inform Awfis prior to the visit of the GST officer & be present at the center for the inspection. Your company logo & GST registration number will be displayed on the community wall. In case the client is absent, Awfis shall take no responsibility for any consequences thereon.

With your virtual office plan you may access Awfis centers by purchasing day passes & meeting rooms at a special discount only available to Virtual office members

We follow a strict non-refund policy for Virtual office GST & Business Registration plan

The visitor will be informed of your absence & a message will be taken on your behalf

The client shall inform Awfis prior to the visit of the GST officer & be present at the center for the inspection. Your company logo & GST & Business Registration number will be displayed on the community wall or outside a cabin space. In case the client is absent, Atleast one representative from client's side is expected to be present at the center

During your active subscription, we will notify you within 3 working days of receiving any mail/package. You must collect the same from the Office Space during Regular Business Hours, at your own cost.

The sole responsibility of obtaining the registrations rests with you. Awfis shall not be liable in the case of rejection from the authorities. We will assist you with all the necessary support required for GST & Business Registration. In case the GST still gets rejected will refund the entire amount

Awfis will place a temporary signage at the premises for all virtual office clients, on a need basis depending upon nature of Business. This signage will be an A4-sized sheet with your details printed on it.

You may choose to install a permanent signage for the full tenure by paying an additional amount. If opted, you agree to bear the cost of installing such signage at the Office Space.

If you intend to use the virtual office address for opening a corporate bank account, please provide prior written notice of at least 5 working days. We will extend necessary support to bank officials for verifying your documents and credentials.
