Travel is all about experience however, virtual world has compromised the very crux of travel industry, resulting in lack of recommendations, poor service, customer insecurity, and inconvenience in coordination. The obvious outcome is an unsatisfied customer. This gave birth to Let’s Take A Break.
With collective travel experience of over 10 years, Milind Gawali and Shruti Kulkarni executed the idea of starting a travel company which can manage the hassles of travel arrangements with flair and allow their guests to focus only on having fun and making awesome memories. The name Let’s Take A Break (LTAB) was carefully chosen to signify the simple truth “Travel is all about having fun” especially when the highly qualified team is managing the nuts and bolts for the guest. To further strengthen an already strong team, Rahul Dhamnani joined to handle the complicated legal aspects and precision in financial responsibilities.
Let’s Take A Break (LTAB) started with working from home and soon moved into Awfis for better operational environment, their best decision, says Milind Gawali. “Over the period of 1 year we established LTAB as a known entity through the medium of word of mouth and with the help of social media. Our strong personal network and current 3000 plus Facebook fans built organically by LTAB allows us to constantly collect real time feedback which helps us improve day by day. Like a new born baby we had our moments of eureka and not so awesome moments too which further cemented the unshakable faith and perseverance of Team LTAB,” Milind tells us.
Today, Let’s Take A Break (LTAB) stands tall with strong vendor tie ups all over India, Asia, Europe and Africa in categories like hotels, rent a car companies, destination management companies and airlines which helps them specialize in array of services with confidence for their guests, call it romantic honeymoon package or a charter plane ride, be it jungle safaris or mesmerizing cruise, they handle it all with a dedicated break planner for continuous support that further strengthens the faith of their guests thus making them return to them for their next travel needs. Their Mantra “Your Satisfaction Is What We Earn” sums up their value for money offerings with sensitive customer service.
Let’s Take A Break brings back human touch for real and is presently working on combining smart tech to make travellers lives easy and enrich their travel experience even further. They believe as break planners it’s their moral duty to ensure great travel experience for their customers and all their actions revolve around this belief.
The value proposition of Let’s Take A Break (LTAB) comes from the personal knowledge and love of travel of its founders. They are confident of their ability to meet the needs of their customers because they share the enthusiasm of the customers for the travel experience. Their confidence and ability translates in to confidence for the customers. It is the base for developing a long-term, trusting relationship.
When days get tough, they equate challenges as untapped opportunities. Challenges act as a fuel for them, also doubles as a compass to keep them on the right track. It also helps them to improve their travel offerings in turn improving them as entrepreneurs. Motivation of course is required to keep on going and sharing workspace at Awfis with other entrepreneurs helps them stay strong. Their stories of ‘will v/s resistance’ act as live autobiography and create a powerful circle of positive association around them ensuring that they stay high and mighty in face of adversity.
They have a vision for Travel Industry as whole.
