Awfis, a home-grown flex workspace provider, has inaugurated its first premium category centre – Awfis Gold in Mumbai after the successful launches of 5 Gold centres in Bengaluru, 2 in Hyderabad and 2 in Chennai. The Mumbai centre has been launched in partnership with Nucleus Office Parks, the operating platform for fully owned Blackstone offices in India, with the goal to deliver an unparalleled workplace experience to the Mumbai clientele through its premium offerings.

The centre is spread across 27,000 sq. ft with 450 seats and is located at One International Center, Lower Parel which is the epicentre of entertainment and offices. With the launch of the first Gold centre in Mumbai, Awfis will now provide premium quality spaces with an enhanced focus on service excellence and superior infrastructure for their discerning customers with a key focus on large-scale enterprises.

UNext has partnered with Awfis to setup one of its kind office space with a state-of-the-art workspace

As part of this partnership, Awfis has leased 65,000 sq ft. and 900+ seats to UNext in its marquee 100th centre in Bengaluru. Knight Frank was the sole consultant partner for the transaction.

Awfis brought its expertise of catering to highly specialised and customized requirements of companies and made pioneering design innovations for UNext’s new office in Lido Mall, Bengaluru. Awfis’ Lido Mall center, also known as ‘Awfis One’ is strategically located at Bengaluru’s prominent CBD, MG Road and offers Grade-A infrastructure and unmatched amenities. The extraordinary provisions of the building include exceptional arrival experience, dedicated in-house studio and phygital collaboration setups across the workspace.

Awfis, the home-grown flex workspace provider, has expanded its presence in Northern India through its new 1500+ seat coworking centre located in River Side Tower, sector 125, Noida. The launch of this new centre, which will go live by end of March 2022, is in line with Awfis’ vision of opening 200 centres across the country by the end of 2022.

The flex space adopts a digital first approach and is equipped with plush and modern amenities whilst maintaining social distancing norms, as mandated. This centre is a state-of-the-art property which adopts the design philosophy of creating a space that is elegant, minimalistic, and reflects the Indian culture.
