Strengthening its presence in office NCR, office will launch a new 85,000-sqft workspace in Noida. The new centre has more than 1500 seats and is located in the prime River Side tower.
India’s largest domestic flex workspace provider, office, has expanded its presence in northern India. The company has opened a more than 1500-seater co-working centre located in the River Side tower in Noida’s sector-125. The launch of the new centre will go live from March 2022. This is a step taken on the lines of the office’s vision of opening 200 centres in the country by the end of 2022.
In line with the office’s diverse target segments, flex space has adopted a digital-first approach. It is equipped with all the modern amenities. In this, social distancing is followed as per the instructions. This center gives a glimpse of a modern property, in which the idea of meeting the attractive, elegant, and basic needs of the design is adopted in creating a space. It also gives a glimpse of Indian culture. Such offices boost productivity. From this area, business related activities get full support, which is much needed.
speaking at the launch of the new centre, mr amit ramani, ceo and founder of the company said, “we are extremely excited to be launching a new workspace in noida in partnership with river side tower. greater noida has become one of india’s leading business hubs for large companies and startups alike.
“In fact, the growing demand for flex workspace and the rapid recovery have inspired us to create a grade-A flex workspace, so that we can allow businesses to start all kinds of businesses in this market. we are confident that this trend will continue to grow. Many traditional companies are also seeing their advantage in opening new types of hubs and spoke offices, which can help people stay in homes close to the workplace and so that it takes them the least time to go from home to office and come home from office.
At present, there are 11 co-working centres of the office in the Delhi-NCR region. The company plans to open 10 to 15 more centres in this market by the end of 2022.
In view of the growing demand for flex workspace, the office has launched more than 50 new centres with 30 thousand seats. The company has entered 3 new markets in the last 15 months. At present, the company has 121 centres with 70 thousand seats in 14 cities. The company will further strengthen its presence in India by creating a network of 200 centres across the country in 2022.
