Post-Covid, work from home and hybrid workplaces have become the norm for many companies. But Office of Working Space Providing Company (Awfis) said that 53 percent of companies prefer to provide hybrid workplace facility for the convenience of employees. In the latest survey conducted by the company, the results have been revealed. A hybrid workplace is where an employee works from home or from the office. Companies are introducing this hybrid workplace at different levels keeping in mind the convenience of the employee and the needs of the company. Companies want to implement this workspace strategy with priorities such as saving time, money, employee convenience, and overall employee well-being.
As part of that, 74 percent of those who want to create a hybrid workplace are looking to transform their offices from location-centric to people-centric workspaces. 75 to 100 percent of the employees in the telecom and consulting sectors will return to the office as the corona is now subsiding. But the number of IT employees returning to offices is very low.
