Awfis that is India’s largest co-working space provider has a nation-wide network of 55 centres with a presence across 8 Indian cities. Awfis is the brainchild of Amit Ramani who launched this co-working space in April 2015. RealtyNXT under its series, Proptech Stories, had an exclusive interview with Ramani who is the Founder of Awfis. The co-working space recently launched its largest centre in Bengaluru. Ramani spoke on how this centre is different from its other centres spread across Bengaluru.
Awfis also witnessed a three-fold jump in revenue from Rs 56 crore to Rs 158 crore in 2018-19. Ramani shared valuable insights on how they manage to maintain constant success in spite of new players entering the market with new offerings.
